Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Nexus-G customer portal at www.nexus-g.studioand related Nexus-G services provided by IntechGambit LLC ("IntechGambit", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the portal, you agree to these Terms.

The service

Nexus-G includes a web portal for account management, documentation, provisioning, and related cloud services, and may link to desktop software distributed separately. Open-core components may be licensed under GPLv3; commercial features, hosted services, and support are provided under your subscription or license agreement with us.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate registration information
• You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and license keys
• You must be authorized to act for any organization you represent

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Abuse, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to the service
• Misuse metering, licenses, or shared cloud resources
• Upload unlawful content or violate others' rights
• Resell access except as expressly permitted in writing

Plans, fees, and gifts

Paid plans, on-demand credits, and gift entitlements are billed or fulfilled as described at checkout or in your order. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated. We may change plan features with notice for renewal periods.

Intellectual property

IntechGambit and its licensors own the portal, branding, and proprietary service components. Your content and research data remain yours. Feedback you provide may be used to improve the product without obligation to you.

Third-party services

The portal integrates third-party services (for example Google authentication, Stripe payments, and cloud infrastructure). Your use of those services may also be subject to their terms.

Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Nexus-G is a research and operational tool; you are responsible for validating scientific and clinical outputs for your use case.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INTECHGAMBIT AND ITS SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR BUSINESS. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

Termination

You may stop using the portal at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or risk to the service or other users.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory local law applies.
