This Privacy Policy describes how IntechGambit LLC ("we", "us") handles information when you use the Nexus-G customer portal at www.nexus-g.studio and related Nexus-G cloud services.

Information we collect

• Account data: name, email address, organization details, and authentication identifiers when you sign up or sign in (including Google Sign-In if you choose it).
• Billing data: plan selection and payment-related records processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• Usage & metering: product usage, license activation, resource metering, and support interactions needed to operate entitlements and the portal.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, and basic diagnostics logs for security and reliability.

How we use information

• Provide, secure, and improve the Nexus-G portal and services
• Authenticate users and manage subscriptions, licenses, and gifts
• Send transactional email (verification, password reset, gift notices)
• Meet legal, accounting, and security obligations

Service providers

We use processors such as Google Firebase (Authentication), Google Cloud Platform, Stripe (payments), and email delivery providers (for example Resend) solely to operate the service. They process data under their terms and our configuration.

Data retention

We retain account and billing records for as long as your account is active and as needed for legal, tax, and security purposes. You may request account closure by contacting us.

Your choices

• Update profile details in the portal when signed in
• Disconnect Google Sign-In via your Google Account permissions
• Contact admin@intechgambit.com for access, correction, or deletion requests where applicable

Children

Nexus-G is intended for professional and research use. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the portal after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
